Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actress who is best known for her roles on TV series The Shield and True Blood. Since her appearance on the show in 2003 she has displayed her acting versatility by providing outstanding performances on television shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. Her first recognition came from her role as Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13. The film was her portrayal of Fannie Lou (a feminist activist for women's rights) for the biographical All the Way film that earned her the attention of an actor. Hind's performance as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's period drama Underground was also highly appreciated. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the show to air a new season. Recently Hind completed filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters due for a release in mid-2019. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.........................Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is an Indian actress who rose to prominence in Bollywood. Her birthplace was Mangalore India. The father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist who died on March 18 2017 and her mother Vrinda works as a homemaker. Her older brother is Aditya Rai who works as a merchant navy engineer. Bachchan's brother co-produced and co-wrote the movie Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. She was a student at Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai in India, where her family relocated. After finishing her studies for intermediate through Jai Hind College, she was accepted into D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. The college scored 91% on her H.S.C. exams. She studied classical music and dance for 5 yrs in her teen time. Her favorite subject was Zoology. Bachchan had been in the process of studying architecture, was named Miss World in the year 1994. The award catapulted her into the world of modeling's fast pace. She was enlisted by PepsiCo Inc., Vogue magazine and L'Oreal Paris as spokesmodel in 2003. In 1997, she played two highly acclaimed films: Iruvar and Aur pyaar ho gaya. Bachchan became the face of New Bollywood with these films that defied Bollywood's basic structure. Her heartbreaking performance as the jilted lover Paro of Devdas (2002) one of the most popular Bollywood films and one of the first films to screen at the Cannes Film Festival Bachchan cemented herself as the new Queen of Bollywood. After that, she was recognized for her performance in the film Chokher (2003) the intense thriller based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel. In the same year, she was named the first Indian actress to be on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan was first seen in the film Gurinderchadha's Bride and Prejudice, a musical and dancing adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan could bring her glamour and shine to her debut major English language film. In 2006, she returned to Bollywood through the smash movie Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story in English. She married Abhishek Bachchan who was a co-star, who is the daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brings two of India's top and most influential individuals in one place.
